About the Role
This role supports the HR Service Center by managing employee data, handling inquiries, and assisting with payroll-related tasks. It's an opportunity to gain experience in HR administration and payroll processes within a large healthcare organization.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee master data in the HR system.
- Record and manage absences and other relevant personnel data.
- Process and respond to employee inquiries via hotline and ticket portal.
- Support the implementation of legal and collective agreement requirements in payroll.
- Assist with general administrative tasks in the HR Service Center.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a comparable field of study.
- Ideally, some prior experience in personnel administration or payroll.
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Word).
- Affinity for numbers, structured, and reliable work approach.
- Confidentiality and sensitivity in handling personal data.
