About the Role
This role is vital to Flora Food Group as we expand Flora Professional, partnering with leading Foodservice and Beverage customers to shape the menus of tomorrow. By delivering culinary-led solutions, you will help kitchens across the UK and Ireland serve better food that meets evolving consumer tastes and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of trusted partnerships with Quick Service Restaurant and Foodservice End User customers, building joint business plans that increase product distribution and menu penetration.
- Identify and convert new commercial opportunities across Foodservice and Beverage channels, expanding Flora Professional’s presence in the UK and Ireland.
- Collaborate closely with the Culinary team to deliver product demonstrations, kitchen trials, and menu development that solve operational challenges and enhance taste, functionality, and consistency.
- Drive commercial excellence through customer planning, forecasting, pricing discussions, and negotiations to meet revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
- Partner across Commercial, Marketing, Category, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless customer experiences from opportunity identification to long-term partnership.
Requirements
- Proven track record managing and growing national or key accounts within Foodservice, Beverage, fast-moving consumer goods, or hospitality sectors, ideally with exposure to Quick Service Restaurant or Foodservice End User customers.
- Strong commercial planning, negotiation, and joint business planning skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter who navigates ambiguity confidently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive mindset.
- Collaborative approach and commercial curiosity enable effective cross-functional work.
- Forward-thinking and commercially minded.
- Passionate about food and menu innovation.
- Genuinely interested in food culture and curious about how consumer behaviour and future food trends shape innovation.
