About the Role

Lead a team of Financial Consultants to drive sales growth and manage the team in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Serve as the primary point of contact for Financial Consultants to support sales target achievement.

Responsibilities

• Effectively execute sales plans and strategies to achieve team sales targets.
• Maintain a highly motivated team of Financial Consultants to maximize sales productivity and monitor performance for potential development.
• Ensure high-quality service standards and sales conduct in accordance with regulations.
• Implement department objectives, policies, and procedures, and coordinate the sales cycle and methodology.
• Effectively hire and attract new Financial Consultants to expand the team and agency salesforce.

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Superior performance record and strong leadership skills are essential.
• Self-driven with a proven ability to work in a dynamic sales environment and a proven track record of exceeding goals and objectives.
• Proactive, independent, result-oriented, energetic with good people skills and an effective team player.
• Able to communicate (written & verbal) effectively with all levels in the organization.
• CMFAS (Module 5, 9, 9A), CHI, CGI or DGI, DLI or ACII/FLMI and its equivalent.
