About the Role
The primary care physician provides a full scope of outpatient primary care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care, and health maintenance. The practice uses the Epic EHR, and all visits are prepped and supported by dedicated clinical assistants.
Responsibilities
- Review patient histories
- Perform physical examinations
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide appropriate treatment and patient care
- Refer patients to specialists as needed
- Review test results and recommend management
- Prescribe medications
- Formulate treatment and disease management plans
- Communicate with the clinical team to ensure total delivery of care
Requirements
- New York medical license
- DEA
- Board Certification / Eligibility, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Salary/Compensations
- $225,000 to $280,000 Base Salary, dependent upon experience
