About the Role
As a specialist in angiography and surgical C-arm systems, primarily related to endovascular/IVR, you will support sales activities from clinical and technical perspectives. You will identify hospital needs, collaborate with sales representatives to create optimal proposals, and present them to customers. Leverage your knowledge of company products and clinical medicine to provide information to medical institutions, differentiate from competitors, engage in marketing and branding, and develop sales expansion plans for your assigned territory. Build strong, trusting relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) by collaborating with your assigned block, aiming to further enhance the market and customer evaluation in your territory, driving all OIT/Sales/NPS metrics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for the assigned region to expand the angiography and surgical C-arm (IGT Systems) business.
- Create and manage compelling sales promotion tools for IGT products.
- Conduct customer presentations, selection presentations, and exhibition support for IGT products.
- Plan and support content for user group meetings in the assigned area, including support for national conferences and presentations.
- Coordinate information with neighboring countries (APAC) and HQ (Best), and communicate domestic requests for product development.
- Understand the E2E process management from order receipt, inventory control, to sales management for products, and lead the efficiency of sales activities.
- With a broad perspective on diagnostic imaging equipment including IGT, plan and implement measures to strengthen relationships with KOLs in clinical and educational settings, linking them to business growth.
- Support the practical aspects, presentations, and experiments for KOL site visits, study sessions, and academic conferences.
- Lead the launch of new products and new businesses, and manage the product lifecycle.
- Communicate and collaborate with various internal departments both domestically and internationally.
- Monitor the performance (KPIs) of assigned products and lead the PDCA cycle.
Requirements
- Experience in corporate sales at a manufacturer, sales or sales management experience at a distributor, or business planning in marketing or business strategy (medical devices or diagnostic imaging equipment preferred).
- Customer interaction skills with distributors and sales channels, including the ability to engage in conversations and possess knowledge about general medicine beyond just product knowledge.
- Ability to build relationships with KOLs, possessing conversational and general medical knowledge beyond product specifics.
- Leadership skills and execution ability.
