About the Role
You will be part of a newly established marketing team, actively shaping processes, structures, and working methods. We are looking for individuals who take responsibility, act pragmatically, and drive things forward independently.
Responsibilities
- Planning, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns
- Responsibility for paid media channels and advertising budgets
- Coordination of internal stakeholders as well as external service providers and agencies
- Development of data-driven target group and retargeting strategies
- Ensuring tracking, measurability, and reporting
- Analysis of campaign results and derivation of recommendations for action
- Identification of new channels and growth opportunities
- Close collaboration with Marketing, CRM, and Content
Requirements
- Experience in performance marketing
- Proficient use of platforms such as Meta, Google, or comparable systems
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
- Interest in automation and AI applications
- High sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality
- Experience in the sports or football environment is an advantage
