About the Role
You will be part of a newly established marketing team, actively shaping processes, structures, and working methods. We are looking for individuals who take responsibility, act pragmatically, and drive things forward independently.
Responsibilities
- Development and design of advertising materials for campaigns and marketing measures
- Creation of assets for digital, CRM, paid media, and print
- Support in the creative conception of campaigns
- Further development and ensuring a consistent brand presence
- Design of sales-promoting content along the customer journey
- Close collaboration with Marketing, CRM, and Performance Marketing
- Development of new creative formats and ideas
Requirements
- Professional experience in graphic, communication, or marketing design
- A feel for target-group-oriented and sales-promoting communication
- Proficiency in common design tools
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and advertising materials
- Structured and self-reliant way of working
- Creativity paired with pragmatic implementation strength
- Interest in AI-supported creative processes
- Experience in the sports or football environment is an advantage
