Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage social content productions from initial concept to final asset.
  • Develop realistic production and resource plans for videos, photos, creator content, and cross-platform campaigns.
  • Calculate project and pitch costs, assess production approaches for feasibility, and find smart solutions for various budgets.
  • Manage multiple productions simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with creators, creative teams, account management, and external partners.
  • Book and negotiate cast, crew, equipment, locations, and other production services.
  • Advise teams on production and technical issues, finding pragmatic implementation methods.
  • Optimize production processes and resource utilization for efficient and flexible content production.
  • Ensure clean project documentation and structured storage of all production documents.

Requirements

  • Mandatory experience in production management of social media content, digital content, or video productions.
  • Solid understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, etc., and their production requirements.
  • Experience working with creators and influencer productions.
  • Proficient in project calculations, budgets, and production plans.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview of multiple parallel projects.
  • Structured, solution-oriented work approach with a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and common project management and collaboration tools.
  • A network of freelancers and production partners.
  • Mandatory very good German and good English language skills.
