Responsibilities
- Greet party guests with a smile, as tips are based on your performance.
- Execute parties flawlessly, including room setup, guest assistance, and serving food.
- Manage party timing effectively, including energizing guests, serving cake, and preparing the room for the next guests.
- Receive training to work in various park positions, ensuring job variety.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Possess a great personality and be people-oriented.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
- Must be able to work two out of three weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
