About the Role
As a Data & Technology Summer Associate at Capital Group, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting teams that leverage data, analytics, and technology to drive business outcomes. You will strengthen your analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills while understanding how data and technology support a global investment management organization. This program provides experience within business areas of the full-time Data & Technology Track of the Capital Group Rotational Program. High-performing associates may be considered for conversion into the full-time program upon graduation.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, 3.75/5.0, or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the United States without need for sponsorship now or in the future
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
- Intellectual curiosity, learning agility, and a commitment to continuous growth and development
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and approach complex challenges thoughtfully
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships
- Attention to detail, organization, and execution

- Interest in leveraging data, analytics, technology, and emerging tools to drive innovation and business outcomes
- Comfort working with data and translating insights into recommendations

- Foundational programming experience (e.g., Python, SQL, R, Spark, or similar technologies) and an interest in continuing to build technical skills
