About the Role
Provides administrative support on sales contracts and agreements, preparing and tracking documents, processing account activity, and managing invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates multiple administrative tasks in sales, including contract revisions, analysis, and approval.
- Supports proposal preparation and sales presentations.
- Calculates, processes, and requests agent/sales rep commission payments.
- Runs reports on sales-related activities.
- Supports account managers in account servicing.
- Inputs new orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing and terms.
- Prepares a variety of documents related to company agreements/contracts.
- Maintains and tracks changes in client/account profiles, with emphasis on top 100 accounts.
- Processes and tracks account activity from contract inception.
- Responsible for invoicing, credit memos, debit memos, adjustments, and similar financial transactions.
Requirements
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Must be able to track a variety of assignments simultaneously.
- Must be able to work effectively in a stressful, time-sensitive environment.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced WP software skills.
- Advanced Spreadsheet software skills.
- Advanced Presentation software skills.
Experience Level
- 1-3 years in business environment, preferably in finance or other administrative position.
Education Level
- AA or equivalent directly relevant work experience.
Salary/Compensations
- $29.31 - $36.09
