About the Role
Join the Nike Holiday Team at Eastgardens as a Casual Retail Assistant. We are seeking individuals passionate about Nike and dedicated to delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience, embodying our core values of Leadership, Care, Accountability, Transparency, and Innovation.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, embodying our commitment to delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience.
- Stay updated on Nike products and trends to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organised store environment.
- Process sales accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Brand Alignment: Passion and enthusiasm for Nike and alignment with company values.
- Ability to Provide the Ultimate Retail Experience: Demonstrated skills in creating positive and memorable customer interactions.
- Regular availability throughout the Holiday Season, from 9 November 2026 through to 3 January 2027.
- Availability across key dates, including Black Friday, Cyber Weekend, and Boxing Day, is essential.
- Must be an Australian or NZ citizen or have an appropriate visa to live and work in Australia.
