About the Role
Operate robotic and automated systems for efficient palletizing, sorting, and packaging of finished products. This role involves hands-on operation of palletizing machinery and stretch-wrapping equipment to maintain production flow and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor robotic equipment consoles for sorting, transferring, and stacking pallets and containers.
- Control labeling and stacking processes using consoles, ensuring proper arrangement and sorting.
- Identify and sort defective packages, redirecting them as needed.
- Monitor for production issues and stop equipment to clear jams or report malfunctions.
- Load equipment with necessary supplies such as pallets, base sheets, or corner boards.
- Maintain detailed records on production and equipment performance.
Requirements
