Responsibilities
- Lead the sale of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies through phone and in-person customer interactions.
- Provide technical support to the internal sales team, including order processing, product and service inquiries, warranty administration, and customer issue resolution.
- Research market and competitive pricing data to ensure competitive inventory pricing while maintaining profitability.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the parts sales office to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Enhance customer policies and procedures by identifying needs and making appropriate exceptions.
- Expand and grow the existing customer base through relationship building and new customer acquisition.
- Identify and implement new sales strategies to increase overall office revenue.
- Conduct regular sales calls and customer outreach to drive business growth and maintain strong client relationships.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of HVAC and/or sales experience required.

- $30.91 - 50.96 USD Hourly
