About the Role
For the Hotel Bleibtreu Berlin by Golden Tulip, we are looking for a dedicated handyman to work part-time (20 hours per week). If you enjoy diverse repair and maintenance tasks and want to support our team with your practical skills, we look forward to your application!
Responsibilities
- Monitoring of all building services systems
- Carrying out repair and maintenance work
- Spare parts management and inventory
- Supporting employees and guests with technical questions and problems
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training
- Guest and service-oriented with enjoyment in interacting with people of different nationalities
- Flexible, resilient, team-oriented, and accustomed to working independently
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and with an overview
- Presentable appearance and friendly demeanor
- Experience in technical and painting tasks
- Absolutely reliable with a clean and correct work method
