About the Role
As a Door2Door Sales Representative for Fiber Optic Expansion, you will enhance our sales power outside of Telekom shops. You will excel in proactive customer consultations, demonstrating strong product knowledge and bringing our product world to life.
Responsibilities
- Actively approach, consult, and sell standard products and services outside of Telekom shops in selected areas (Door2Door).
- Schedule appointments for Telekom shop customers.
- Clarify critical customer orders according to system specifications, including data maintenance.
- Participate in product-specific sales promotion activities in the region.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training and specific job-related further education or relevant professional experience.
- Professional experience providing expertise in sales.
- Confident demeanor and enjoyment of selling.
- Knowledge of the Telekom product range or willingness to acquire it.
- High degree of goal orientation, commitment, flexibility, and resilience.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Well-groomed appearance and polite manners.
