About the Role

As a (Senior) SAP Project Manager – Enterprise Transformation & AI, you will guide international clients in planning and implementing complex SAP transformations within a multidisciplinary team, covering the entire project lifecycle from conception to operation.

Responsibilities

Take end-to-end responsibility for complex SAP transformation programs.
Manage fixed-price engagements reliably.
Lead risks, escalations, and decisions at the senior management level.
Provide technical and methodological leadership to interdisciplinary teams.
Develop project managers and build scalable delivery structures with clear standards and responsibilities.
Utilize AI-powered tools for planning, controlling, and risk analysis.
Integrate new methods into effective standards for projects and teams.
Contribute to pre-projects, proposals, and fixed-price calculations.
Support the development of our consulting and project management portfolio.

Requirements

Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
Minimum of eight years of experience in a consulting-adjacent project or program management role.
Sound SAP experience with several years of responsibility for complex SAP or S/4HANA programs.
Strong understanding of governance, controlling, dependencies, and risk management.
Commercial management competence with proven practice in fixed-price setups, calculations, and results-oriented delivery responsibility.
Leadership and change management strength with the ability to sustainably anchor new methods, performance standards, and AI-supported ways of working in teams.
Ability to act confidently at the senior management level.
Capability to use AI as a strategic enabler for transformations, identify value creation and service potentials, and guide clients in implementing future-oriented solutions.
