About the Role
The primary role for the Quality Inspector is to perform inspections of parts, assemblies, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections on parts and products, including mechanical and visual inspections.
- Work to approved inspection checklists, engineering drawings, purchase orders, work instructions, and specifications.
- Utilize Non-Conforming Material Control process to document parts that do not meet specifications.
- Ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety are included as part of everyday activities.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Must be either a US Citizen or Permanent Resident due to export control laws.
- 3 years of experience with mechanical and visual inspection of parts and assemblies.
- 3 years of experience using business class software in a professional employment setting.
- Must live within 50 miles of Orchard Park, NY.
