About the Role
Liverpool Village Animal Hospital is seeking a Hospital Care Manager to lead and supervise our hospital attendant team, ensuring exceptional patient care in a clean, safe environment across two locations.
Responsibilities
- Supervising, training, coaching, evaluating, and disciplining hospital attendant support staff.
- Maintaining a professional and positive workplace in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinating housekeeping, repair, and maintenance of facilities and non-medical equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with AAHA and OSHA guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of management experience in a veterinary or animal shelter setting.
- Ability to travel between two locations.
