About the Role
The Truck Dumper is responsible for moving trucks/trailers around on the property, keeping raw material trailers dumped in a safe and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Ensures a steady flow of raw material is dumped to maintain a consistent mix.
- Cleans trailer after dumping to ensure it is set up per customer requirements.
- Positions trailers in the holding lot for readiness for the next day's routes.
- Ensures Bartlett lift tractor and dock area are clean when dumping is complete.
- Performs various general labor tasks related to facility operation.
- Maintains safety as a top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience preferred.
- Prior experience in the operation of tractor and/or Bartlett lift tractor preferred.
- Basic math skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills; able to follow oral and written directions.

Education Level
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
