Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of hotel property, equipment, and systems.
Perform repairs related to plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
Maintain maintenance logs and report all issues to management.

Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits.

High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical degree or certification in electrical, mechanical, or building systems preferred.
