About the Role
Join a leading architectural and engineering firm as an Architect/Project Manager in San Francisco. This role involves collaborating on project requirements, managing project scope, profitability, schedule, and budget, and ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Principal in evaluating project requirements
- Assist with negotiation of owner-architect agreement including fee and time schedule
- Assist/lead project details such as scope, profitability, schedule, and budget
- Complete projects on time and within budget, monitoring work-hour budgets
- Negotiate critical issues with internal and external team members
- Monitor quality of construction documents
- Oversee all correspondence/documents for completion and accuracy, seeking legal counsel when needed
- Coordinate/review contractor bids and make contractor recommendations
- Assist with completion of proposals and client interviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 10+ years of experience
- Registration/License
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other graphics and project management software
- Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
