About the Role

We are hiring a Principal Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft Advertising's Creative products. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that enable advertisers to create high-quality assets at scale, drive measurable performance, and maintain brand integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate the strategy and roadmap for creative automation, GenAI asset generation, and creative quality systems.
  • Represent the product to advertisers and agencies, understand their creative workflows, and champion those needs internally.
  • Navigate ambiguity, make tough prioritization decisions, and drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
  • Partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams to leverage creative performance signals and generative models.
  • Lead go-to-market efforts with marketing and sales.
  • Establish Microsoft as a leader in responsible AI-powered creative advertising.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of ads ecosystem, including creatives, targeting, measurement, or optimization.
  • 6+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market.
  • 8+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market.
  • 8+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience.
  • 5+ years experience developing digital advertising creative products, including creative automation, generative AI asset pipelines, or ad format and quality systems.
