About the Role
Support the front-end planning and coordination for the construction of Amazon Data Centers, working alongside partner teams to deliver critical infrastructure. This office-based role requires site visits and involves supporting fast, high-quality delivery of pre-construction activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in producing monthly project reporting deliverables, including Project Delivery plans, status reports, cost planning updates, and schedule updates.
- Maintain digital platforms for accurate data.
- Assist with documentation and control tasks, including drafting consultant and construction contracts, compiling and storing pre-construction data, and updating Project Management software.
- Set up project management software systems for new projects.
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings.
- Monitor and action procurement activities.
- Assist Pre Construction Managers with administrative tasks.
- Coordinate communication with vendors and stakeholders.
- Manage information workflows and document control.
- Provide monthly progress reporting.
- Update digital platforms.
- Track schedule updates.
- Initiate and track minor procurement activities.
- Develop tools and workflows to streamline pre-construction coordination.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent diploma.
- Experience with Microsoft office tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote, or computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
