About the Role

This newly created opportunity supports a portfolio of more than 30 active projects helping shape the future of Insignia Financial's business. As a PMO Analyst, you'll work alongside experienced PMO Managers and Project Managers, supporting governance, reporting, project financials, and administration activities for transformation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support PMO Managers across a portfolio of transformation and change initiatives.
  • Coordinate timesheets, invoices, purchase orders, and project administration activities.
  • Assist with governance forums, working groups, and project meetings.
  • Maintain project information across Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Support reporting activities and ensure project data accuracy.
  • Manage project actions, decisions, and follow-up activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys bringing structure to busy environments.
  • Not afraid to ask questions or challenge the status quo.
  • Experience in a PMO, Project Coordinator, Project Support, or similar role.
  • Exposure to a project delivery environment and understanding of project operations.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with data or financial information.
  • High attention to detail and confidence to question inaccurate information.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
  • Curious mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Must provide evidence of eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Must undertake police and basic credit checks as a condition of employment.
