About the Role
Griswold Home Care is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Overnight Caregivers, serving the Lower Eastern Shore.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate elderly care with a positive attitude.
- Assist seniors on both day and night shifts.
- Provide non-medical elderly care and home companionship.
- Help with various activities such as laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
- Help clients maintain proper personal hygiene, with their dignity always at the forefront.
- Provide gentle and professional assistance with daily tasks such as bathing and feeding.
- Provide companionship to clients with dementia or cognitive impairments.
- Complete all documentation for each shift and submit timely updates.
- Communicate routinely with the office about the condition and needs of clients.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- CPR Certified.
- Kind and patient demeanor.
- 2+ years of home care experience is a plus.
