About the Role
Provide administrative support to Banquets functions, including ordering essential supplies for upcoming events such as office supplies, beverages, snack breaks, and service wares.
Responsibilities
- Consistently demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Banquet procedures, policies, and software system(s).
- Accurately review all BEO’s for front of the house and back of the house and make all changes from the change log to eliminate missed items.
- Verify all BEO’s from the previous day were rung in correctly and filed in accordance to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Must have exceptional professional judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information including financial, personnel and other confidential data.
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
