About the Role

Amazon Leo is a low Earth orbit satellite broadband network aiming to deliver fast, reliable internet globally. This role involves implementing and managing controls within the Leo organization, working closely with Leo Security to coordinate, develop, and implement controls, manage defects, and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Partner with service and operational teams to optimize and maintain user guides, process guides, and application configuration documentation.
Triage user feedback, prioritize actionable items, and incorporate insights into content improvement plans.
Create and maintain integrated help content and training on Amazon training service consoles, reporting on adoption metrics and content effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to conceptualize and develop content that drives user adoption of supported services.
Create, maintain, and edit content for a global and technically diverse audience, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
Manage all aspects of the documentation lifecycle: planning, testing, maintaining, and delivery.
Leverage metrics to identify underperforming content, develop improvement plans, and present findings and action items.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
Experience as a technical editor or writer of technical documentation working with style guides.
Experience with project management.
