About the Role
Seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the LeoTrade Development team, supporting a large-scale wealth management application. The role involves development, enhancement, modernization, and support of enterprise-grade applications and backend services, requiring expertise in .NET Core, APIs, Azure Cloud, CI/CD Pipelines, and UI, with experience in distributed systems and financial applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to delivering scalable, resilient, and high-performing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications and backend services for LeoTrade and BETALink applications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex production and non-production issues.
- Collaborate with architecture and business teams to define scalable technical solutions.
- Contribute to system design, code reviews, and development standards.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- Participate in Agile delivery ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation activities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on .NET Core development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Proven experience designing and building REST APIs and service-oriented architectures.
- Working knowledge of performance engineering and scalability optimization.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Experience with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
