About the Role
Robert Bird Group (RBG) is seeking a Senior Structural Technician / Drafter to join their North Sydney team. This role is crucial in developing and delivering building and infrastructure projects across NSW, contributing to the firm's commitment to engineering excellence.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and delivery of building and infrastructure projects using AutoCAD and Revit
- Ensuring analysis and design tasks meet technical standards and client requirements
- Delivering projects within strict timeframes while maintaining quality
- Liaising with the engineering team, external stakeholders, and clients regarding project specifications
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil/Structural Design or equivalent
- 5+ years of structural drafting experience in an engineering design consultancy
- Proven experience in delivering building and infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated ability to consistently utilise strong time management skills, with the ability to plan workloads and meet deadlines
