About the Role

HSBC is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for the Performance and Delivery team within Global Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Global Resilience Risk (GRR). This role supports the ERM and GRR agenda by providing business management support, facilitating planning, management reporting, governance, and operational/administrative activities. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Support the ERM and GRR Performance & Delivery team to deliver initiatives on time and to agreed quality standards.
  • Strengthen ERM and GRR infrastructure and processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Support delivery of enhancements to the ERM & GRR Service Catalogue.
  • Maintain, monitor and support delivery of ERM and GRR annual planning activity.
  • Provide ERM and GRR governance support, including paper collation, minute taking, and action tracking.
  • Support key communications, training and stakeholder deliverables.
  • Provide oversight and delivery support for ERM/GRR audit actions, MSIIs and regulatory findings globally.

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge of governance and business management frameworks, with experience in both design and practical implementation.
  • Working knowledge of workforce planning and resourcing disciplines.
  • Ability to support delivery against agreed plans.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and credibly to build relationships and influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate a compelling strategy and vision.
  • Strong relationship management and collaboration skills.
  • Experience navigating constructive challenge and managing competing stakeholder priorities.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver to a high standard at pace.
