About the Role
Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, aiming to deliver gigawatts of compute faster than anyone else. We are seeking individuals who care deeply about this mission and want to contribute to expanding human freedom through AI.
Responsibilities
- Automate the delivery of gigawatts by transforming processes into software.
- Forward-deploy beside experts, turning their judgment into systems.
- Deliver every supercomputer faster than the last by leveraging lessons learned across projects.
- Build the hiring machine as software, addressing the company's biggest bottleneck.
- Develop the cash view the company runs on, transforming financial data into actionable insights.
- Build one capital pipeline from approved budget to released capital.
- Parse all contracts into structured data, including obligations, prices, deadlines, and SLAs.
- Embed with finance, treasury, accounting, legal, and people teams to turn their processes into structured data and generated work.
Requirements
- Shipped production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
- Built real features on LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
- Work daily with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
- Identify problems, design solutions, and ship them without waiting for direction.
- Moved fast under deadline while leaving extensible foundations.
- Earned credibility with experts outside engineering and driven software adoption.
- Demonstrated product taste through shipped features that are obvious and match user workflows.
