About the Role

KidStrong is a milestone accelerator for children aged walking to 11 years old, focused on building stronger, smarter, and more athletic kids. We are seeking a high-energy professional passionate about sales, community engagement, and making an impact on young lives to drive center growth and deliver top-tier athletic programming.

Responsibilities

Execute outbound sales efforts (40+ calls per shift) to convert inbound leads into scheduled trials and active memberships.
Communicate with prospective parents to explain the KidStrong mission, perform trial vetting, and follow up promptly on inquiries.
Manage front-desk sales operations, phone inquiries, trial check-ins, guest registrations, and delinquency follow-ups.
Coach 8–10 classes per week, delivering age-appropriate physical and athletic programming on the floor.
Engage directly with kids to build confidence, physical capabilities, and social skills in an energetic environment.
Support class schedule optimization to maintain strong class sizes and member retention.
Handle customer service requests, resolve member inquiries, and complete administrative duties.
Model center culture, maintain high standards, and mentor coaching staff to foster a positive environment.
Assist management in exceeding center sales, operational, and performance targets (KPIs).

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales experience required (outbound phone sales, fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred).
Required experience working directly with children (teaching, childcare, youth sports, etc.).
Flexible schedule, including up to 3–4 weekday evenings (classes end around 7 PM) and at least 1 weekend morning shift.
