About the Role
Serenity Healthcare is seeking innovative psychiatrists to join their growing team. This role offers an outpatient-only practice with exceptional clinical and administrative support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for continuous training in advanced therapies.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric care to patients.
- Utilize TMS and IV ketamine therapy in addition to medication management.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
- Active state medical license or willingness to obtain
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Clean background
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Work Type
- Full Time
- Outpatient-only practice
- Flexible schedule (4–5 days/week)
Salary/Compensations
- $300,000 base salary + incentives
- Realistic total compensation of $500,000+
