About the Role
We are seeking an organized, product-minded agency professional to collaborate with the Head of Product. This role involves developing, positioning, selling, and delivering innovative agency products, ensuring smooth progression from development through to pitch, pilot, and delivery across strategy, creative, technology, and delivery teams. It is a hands-on coordination and enablement position focused on structuring work, supporting commercial opportunities, and facilitating product understanding and utilization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in pitching products and innovative solutions, requiring confidence in client-facing interactions.
- Coordinate product plans, roadmaps, meetings, workshops, and key actions.
- Track milestones, owners, deadlines, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate product development progress across various teams.
- Create and maintain product collateral, including one-pagers, FAQs, pitch decks, briefs, demos, and case studies.
- Educate teams on products and articulate their value proposition clearly.
- Support pitches, proposals, demos, and client opportunities.
- Manage opportunities from initial interest through to pilot or delivery.
- Provide support for onboarding, implementation, and handover processes.
- Gather feedback from teams and users to inform product development.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in strategy, project/delivery, account management, innovation, operations, or product.
- Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Excellent writing and communication abilities.
- Commercial confidence and experience supporting pitches or client work.
- Ability to structure ambiguous tasks and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Curiosity in AI, technology, and innovative product development.
- Comfort working with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to quickly understand and communicate product value without being a technical expert.
