About the Role
Amazing Athletes is seeking energetic and fun-loving coaches to teach fundamental sports skills to children ages 18 months to 10 years. Our multi-sport programs use structured active play to introduce kids to a variety of sports while teaching the basics of fitness, nutrition, and muscle awareness. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping kids grow, possessing a big personality, and enjoying an active lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-energy, engaging multi-sport classes for toddlers and young children.
- Deliver fun, structured sessions using prewritten lesson plans and videos.
- Provide individual attention to ensure each child feels successful and confident.
- Utilize positive reinforcement and a non-competitive approach to maintain a fun learning environment.
- Ensure safety and maintain a nurturing environment at all times.
- Build relationships with schools, parents, and teammates through effective communication.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (as a teacher, coach, camp counselor, nanny, or youth leader).
- Reliable, responsible, and able to bring positive energy to every class.
- Physically active and able to demonstrate movements and sports skills.
- Comfortable leading groups of children independently.
- Punctual, organized, and professional in both attitude and appearance.
- A lifelong learner open to feedback and professional growth.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Willing to travel up to 30 minutes between class locations.

Salary/Compensations
- $22–$35 per session after completing on-field training
