About the Role

This role sits in the Office of the CEO and owns the business value case for strategic enterprise accounts, focusing on deployment worth, delivery, and commercial outcomes. You will build models, lead customer conversations, and manage accounts through the change program, working closely with the CEO, sales, and product management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the value case for strategic accounts, including sizing the prize and defending assumptions.
  • Build robust financial models with scenario logic and layered assumptions.
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying and proving new value opportunities.
  • Diagnose and resolve account issues, managing transformations and providing evidence of ROI.
  • Manage accounts from initial business case to realized ROI, including change programs and commercial discussions.
  • Take ownership of new initiatives such as contracting, partnerships, deal desk, and sales operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in management consulting, PE operations, or a value creation/transformation team.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills, including scenario logic, assumption layering, and open/closed-book modeling.
  • Experience constructing business cases in unfamiliar segments.
  • Direct ownership of an account through a change program, not just advisory work.
  • Executive communication skills, capable of defending financial projections under pressure.
  • Willingness to work intense hours (60+ hours/week) and be available for customer calls on short notice.
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer engagements and company events.
