Responsibilities
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, and state and federal laws.
- Oversee a significant portfolio of properties, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings.
- Direct and coordinate the property management staff, promoting career development and team collaboration.
- Track budget variances, oversee billing processes, monitor cash flow, and prepare financial reports.
- Resolve tenant issues, ensure tenant satisfaction, and maintain positive relationships.
- Ensure adherence to property management policies, procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance projects.
- Prepare annual budgets and other documents for property owners, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years in real estate property management or related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of finance, building operations, and property management software.
- CPM, RPA, or CSM designation; real estate license preferred.
- Proven experience in managing teams and developing subordinates.
