About the Role

Responsibilities
- Run discovery workshops and boot camps with stakeholders to identify and prioritize Industry AI opportunities.
- Define high-value Industry AI use cases by translating business challenges into implementable AI solutions.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of use cases from discovery to deployment, including requirements definition, prototyping, and validation.
- Apply a fast, iterative model to deliver measurable customer value rapidly.
- Build the Industry AI portfolio by developing industry-specific AI assets and accelerators.
Requirements
- 6+ years of deep industry expertise in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries.
- Hands-on experience defining Agentic AI solutions with a focus on data readiness, process fit, and measurable outcomes.
- Proven track record in product definition and delivery, or in leading business transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, and co-innovation engagements.
- Ability to cut through ambiguity, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and chart a clear path to executable solutions.
- Ability to translate AI opportunities into quantified business cases with realistic KPIs and ROI timelines.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business AI Platform, SAP Joule, Signavio, LeanIX, and clean-core, cloud-first architecture principles.
- Clear, concise English communication skills, both written and verbal, for documentation and executive-level discussions.
