About the Role
The Fixed Operations Specialist is responsible for empowering a team of Zone and District Managers to integrate parts and service functions. This role involves training, coaching, process integration, tools development, performance analysis, and business planning.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to zone and district parts and service managers
- Support revenue growth, KPI achievement, and execution of CCA programs and initiatives
- Address and resolve zone and district needs, including PASI, RIM, Warranty, NPS, Retention, STS Training, EV Training & Compliance
- Implement and document action plans to overcome zone or district challenges
- Ensure alignment with CAP goals and metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience guiding and improving fixed or sales operations
- Proficient automotive industry knowledge and business acumen including parts, service operations, warranty administration, and customer experience
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Must possess and maintain the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle
