About the Role
Production Team Members are valuable members of our Assembly Line, assembling vehicle components using provided materials and tools. They may also be responsible for selecting and attaching parts to vehicles or components using hoists, hand tools, machinery, or other equipment.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize safety and ensure all work is done in a safe manner.
- Adapt to changes in job duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Complete tasks within set timeframes with a focus on high-quality work.
- Operate mobile equipment to move materials within the assembly plant, potentially at heights up to 35 feet.
- Learn new skills and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Availability to work up to 32 hours per week.
- Willingness to work the assigned shift, with potential for varying hours, days, weekends, and holidays.
- Satisfactorily complete drug testing and a background check.
- Proficiency in English to listen, read, and follow work and safety instructions.
