About the Role

The Presentation Specialist is responsible for producing and delivering presentation materials used by client-facing teams to communicate investment strategies and offerings globally. This role supports business development and client relationships by ensuring materials are accurate, visually consistent, and aligned with brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the end-to-end production process of marketing and client service presentations.
  • Learns and applies knowledge of data requirements for different products and vehicles to accurately review materials.
  • Conducts peer reviews and proofreads materials for accuracy, adherence to corporate standards, and inclusion of all necessary content and graphic elements.
  • Maintains consistency across multiple product, region, and vehicle styles.
  • Participates in ongoing team tasks such as quarterly material updates, translation project management, and document posting.
  • Expands knowledge and cross-trains to assist with production needs during high-volume periods and provide coverage in other areas.
  • Ensures the high quality of MFS materials and consistent adherence to the MFS brand standard.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience.
  • Experience in a data reporting and/or desktop publishing environment, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to proofread materials including charts, tables, graphs, text, and graphical elements.
  • Knowledge of Windows-based operating systems and applications, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the company.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when working with data.
