About the Role

You will own the execution of every marketing initiative at Anatta, running them as a connected system. Your mandate is to close the gap between AI experimentation and operation by designing and running an intelligent marketing operating system where AI handles volume work and humans focus on judgment and quality. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you will build workflows, administer the stack, launch campaigns, and analyze performance data. You will also set the standard for AI use in marketing and train colleagues, managing a Content Strategist and Creative directly while collaborating with Sales, Business Development, Strategy, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Run the content production system with your Content Strategist, including AI-assisted drafting, human editing, practitioner review, and publication.
  • Own the editorial calendar, master keyword sheet, duplicate-keyword gate, and weekly cadence.
  • Maintain the prompt library, templates, and quality standards for consistent, on-brand AI content.
  • Measure content throughput weekly and scale the calendar based on measured rates.
  • Execute Anatta's SEO, answer-engine, and generative-engine program, including hub-and-spoke architecture, programmatic pages, and entity consistency.
  • Own the entity layer to ensure Anatta's facts are consistent across all third-party sources.
  • Run monthly AI-citation checks across major assistants and Google AI Overviews.
  • Track rankings, impressions, and clicks by cluster, and organic lead qualification by landing page.
  • Plan, build, QA, launch, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Manage advertising budgets, pacing, and landing-page performance, aligning paid keywords with the organic plan.
  • Own the website as a product, managing conversion paths, forms, lead routing, page speed, crawlability, analytics, and consent.
  • Prioritize and ship a continuous improvement backlog with Engineering and Creative, measuring every change.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain automation workflows for lead generation, nurture, lifecycle progression, segmentation, scoring, routing, and campaign execution.
  • Ensure data integrity across the contact database, using AI for enrichment, normalization, deduplication, and segmentation.
  • Maintain attribution models and the marketing ROI dashboard, delivering weekly web and pipeline reports.
  • Support revenue goals with lead scoring, sales alerts, and signal exports to the sales team.
  • Define, with Sales, how AI-assisted and human outbound work together, and monitor performance and data integrity.
  • Own operational execution of integrated campaigns end-to-end across email, webinars, paid media, ABM, nurture, outbound, and events.
  • Plan and coordinate Anatta's event presence, including logistics, budget, pre/post campaigns, and pipeline follow-through.
  • Set goals and benchmarks for every program before launch and report against them afterward.
  • Administer the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, SEO, and AI tooling.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and deploy generative AI tools for content creation, data analysis, campaign personalization, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Engineering leaders on the marketing technology roadmap and project-manage AI initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing budget and timelines with Finance, ensuring programs stay on budget and on deadline.
  • Establish AI governance for the marketing function, including rules for AI output, data handling, brand standards, and compliance.
  • Train marketing and adjacent teams on prompting, AI best practices, and governance.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years in marketing operations, technical program management, demand generation, or digital marketing, with at least five in a marketing-operations or equivalent role.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing generative AI tools and automation workflows end to end.
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and AI-assisted content production at volume.
  • Proven experience administering large marketing automation platforms and CRM systems and integrating them with other business systems.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, and of how answer engines and AI assistants source and cite content.
  • Experience managing paid media budgets and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, including database structures, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.
  • Ability to draw insight from marketing data and act on it.
  • Understanding of lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with technical and strategic components to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical colleagues.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and other relevant data-protection regulations.
  • Experience in a B2B services, consultancy, or agency environment selling to enterprise buyers.
  • Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem or enterprise ecommerce.
  • Experience managing a direct report or a small content team.
