Responsibilities
- Process invoices and manage vendor payments
- Ensure accurate vehicle inventory records
- Track and reconcile dealership financing transactions
- Process wholesale vehicle sales and documentation
- Support the accounting team as needed
Requirements
- Franchise Dealership Experience required
- Detail-oriented with accuracy in data entry, reporting, and financial processing
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Ability to work efficiently in accounting software
- Multi-tasking ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
