About the Role

Partner with the Department Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional food and service experiences, driving daily excellence and building a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service.
Execute departmental strategies and achieve stated goals.
Support team development through training, coaching, motivation, and recognition.
Build a positive, collaborative team culture.
Prepare and cook fresh offerings for hot and cold bar and grill stations.
Support daily department operations, ensuring excellent customer service, merchandising, staffing, and cleanliness.
Provide office and administrative support including inventory management, ordering, invoicing, scheduling, and payroll.
Promote clear communication and adherence to company policies and government regulations.
Follow all corporate policies and procedures, focusing on Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP compliance, and equipment use.
Support store operations by assuming other related duties.

Requirements

A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
Completion of a post-secondary program with an emphasis in Culinary Management.
Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience in a similar role (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Strong mathematical aptitude.
Comfort learning and using manual and automated systems.
Prior experience working with a variety of computer software programs.
Ability to thrive in a hands-on setting involving extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, and work in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions.
Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fluency in English.
