About the Role

The Arc of Westchester seeks two Supervisors/Treatment Coordinators for its site and community-based Day Programs for adults with Intellectual/ Developmental Disabilities. The ideal candidates must be energetic, hands on, organized and creative in order to develop and coordinate site and community based independent living supports to active adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Westchester.

Responsibilities

Actively participate as a team member to develop services that assist people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to become as independent as possible, including assisting individuals towards community employment.
Ensure compliance with all regulations.
Supervise staff and manage day-to-day operations in the community and on site.

Requirements

Valid NY Driver's License for at least 2 years.
Ability to travel in the community with own vehicle.

Skills

Knowledge of OPWDD regulations preferred.
