About the Role
Tioga Downs is seeking Bussers to join their expanding Food and Beverage team. This role offers a fast-paced work environment with opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Clear all tables and reset them for new seating according to venue standards.
- Ensure guests achieve a pleasurable dining experience.
- Assist Food Servers in serving guests and responding to requests.
- Pre-bus dishes from tables after guests have finished eating.
- Maintain a clean and neat eating area for guests.
- Perform as a team member with venue staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of all side stations and stock them as needed.
