About the Role
The Arc Westchester, a leading non-profit Social Services provider, seeks a Program Coordinator to supervise and manage a site and community-based day program for adults with Developmental Disabilities in Mt. Kisco, NY. The role requires an energetic, hands-on, organized, and creative individual to develop and coordinate educational opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team that develops and provides services to individuals to promote independence and community employment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Supervise staff and manage day-to-day operations in the community and on site.
- Run Day Habilitation Planning meetings and write reports.
Requirements
- Ability to travel in the community with own vehicle.
