  • Lead first sample and golden sample approvals against brand and CMF standards
  • Manage Top of Production (TOP) sample reviews and sign-off
  • Commission 3D packaging renders from supply partners and review against brand
  • Own the end-to-end licensor design submission process for all IP partnerships
  • Maintain the licensor submission tracker and ensure approvals stay on schedule
  • Build fluency with individual licensor style guides and maintain their application across the range
  • Own and maintain the Accessories Style Guides
  • Ensure visual coherence across all accessories SKUs
  • Maintain and organise shared drive documentation
  • Work closely with external agencies and the brand creative teams to ensure alignment and brand integrity
  • Present design routes and options to Senior Product Managers
  • Work in lockstep with the Senior Operations Lead on sample logistics, scheduling, and PDP coordination
  • Translate commercial briefs into executable design direction for manufacturing partners

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of product design, graphic/visual design or packaging design experience in consumer goods, accessories, lifestyle, or licensed products
  • Proven CMF direction experience across multiple product categories
  • Hands-on experience managing licensor approval loops with brand partners
  • Experience working with ODM/OEM supply chains
  • Familiarity with a structured product development process
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Illustrator, Photoshop) including production-ready artwork
  • Strong understanding of material and print processes
  • English at a professional level
  • German is a strong plus
  • 3D rendering capability (Keyshot, Rhino, or similar) is nice to have
  • Experience designing within licensed brand style guides is nice to have
  • Background in apparel, fashion & home accessories, or soft goods design is nice to have
  • Understanding of sustainable packaging and materials principles is nice to have
