About the Role
USAirports Flight Support is seeking a Billing/Data Entry Specialist to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of billing for customers, working closely with multiple departments to manage billing inquiries and generate reports.
Responsibilities
- Complete data entry and process requested reports accurately and efficiently.
- Generate and process invoices for products and/or services for tenants and customers accurately and in accordance with contract terms.
- Ensure accurate billing information and rates are used for each transaction.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Address billing-related inquiries from clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with developing and implementing process improvements within billing operations.
- Assist in compiling data for financial reports and other administrative purposes.
- Assist with daily/monthly reconciliations.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License.

- Knowledge of billing standards and GAAP.

- Advanced skills in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in accounting software (i.e., QuickBooks, Sage).
